IBAL is a functional and probabilistic general-purpose language based on bayesian probabilistic models. IBAL stands for Integrated Bayesian Agent Language and describes probabilistic models of computational processes. It is a Turing-complete programming language invented by Avi Pfeffer, an applied professor of computer science at Harvard University.
